Hello dear reader! We wanted to give you a little intro to this category. Atlanta is known as “The city in the trees”, and we are so grateful to be able to enjoy little tucked away spaces throughout our neighborhoods.

Parks, trails and more

We have numerous parks here, Piedmont Park being the one everyone knows. There’re also tons of hiking trails and nature preserves. Our favorite places though, are these hidden gems that we get to experience on our daily dog walks.

It’s here that we post stories about these places. There’s Red’s Farm and The Tapestry Meadow in Ormewood Park. Most of the houses we walk past have vast native wildflower gardens that bring visits from the honeybees that other neighbors keep. You will get to visit these havens here!

Of course we’ll talk about places like Sweetwater Creek, Zonolite Park and other beautiful spots scattered throughout the city as well. We hope you come along with us and learn all about our amazing nature spots!
