Out Of Hibernation

I’m starting to get restless
I’m beginning to wake
The rest I have taken
Put me in a good place
Scattered sunlight
Gently peeking through
Breaking through the clouds
Coming into my room
Falling warmly
Upon my eyes
It takes some time
To realize
It’s a new season
Another new day
It’s time to get up
And be on my way
To go out in the world
And feel the warm sun
I’m out of hibernation
It’s time for some fun
Gather my loved ones
Dance in the field
Winter is over
We’ve had time to heal
